regels die de syndicus moet kennen en toepassen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"\">De kerntaken van een syndicus in Brussel zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<strong>Algemene vergaderingen<\/strong>&nbsp;oproepen, voorzitten en notuleren, met respect voor de wettelijke termijn van 15 dagen tussen oproeping en
